a custom religious saber

VERY nice! I recognized the Tales of the Jedi inspiration right away! Never seen any custom sabers done in that style before; I always thought it would be cool to see interpreted three dimensionally. Great work!

the screws are there to hold the saber together , also they could be turn into opening for a switch when i get the electronics in . anyway screws has always been with OT sabers so i am not so bother by it .:thumbsup

I'm no saber expert, but aesthetically, maybe changing the screws with something that looks less earthly? Hex screws, perhaps? Just my two creds!

I don't mind the screws so much as the jutting plates of metal along the shaft.
They'd likely do more damage to your hands.

However, I like this immensely. Looks like it should have a 'grip-sleeve' that has been removed for the purposes of this photo.


One thing it does remind me of is the Sulaco from Aliens.

well at least in the starwars universe . finally found the time and mood to build a custom again. there's a bit of machine and hardware. thanks of all the inspiration and motivation .
