"That's really coming along" Means the suit is progressing well
I agree. As a custom design its taking a really nice shape. The only thing that doesn't look right for me is the size of the under suit hexagons. I think they should be slightly smaller or add some other shapes in there to break it up. Keep up the good work

Today i've paint all the pieces with transparent PLASTI DIP to protect them.
So amor is 99% done

Glad you are making your own weapon, the nerf gun was only demeaning your costume
good job so far, and if all else you could try tacky glue or wood glue to see if that would work.

But that is my secret dream ^^, if i could restart my life i think i will choose this way because you make the point : what is wonderfull is to get the idea, make some draw and realize them in the real world

^^ yeah the nerf gun is very cool and everybody could make amazing weapons. But the nerf gun is not the gun i saw in my mind during i was sleeping xD. so i make a new one

Exactly! I wanna do a 1940's styled mech suit. Gonna base it off my favourite plane the B-29!
I've always admired those that can make replica costumes down to the last detail, but my heart belongs to new/unique creations, and this one has made mine skip a beat :love
I've only dipped into using foam so far, but it looks like I'm going to have to give it a proper go after seeing this

He's a bit too modern, I'm thinking more liberty prime with propellor pack, turret shoulders and nukapults on the arms! oh also The classic perspexs Glass dome in the helmet!
