4 ft long Kothoga progress.FINISHED

I've been working on this beast for a long time.
It's finally coming together.
Thought some of you might like to check it out.
This is one of the most difficult model kits I've ever done.
Once the tail is on it's finished as he is too big to work on!

Wow that looks sick...must be a pain to move around. Man if I had that I would be playing some cruel jokes on some drunk friends that come over...It looks so realistic.

I remember reading about this on the clubhouse forum. Very cool take on one of my favorite monsters.
Now Larry...where are you going to put it? Cause, well, I have a bit of room....if your stuck that is.....
I'm curious to hear what made it a difficult build...just the size, or other issues?

A guy named Roostercat sculpted it and only made 8 kits.
He's on the clubhouse model board if you want to look him up.
The kit went together no problem but I spent way too much time on the paint
trying to get as accurate as possible.
I also assembled it before painting which makes it hard to get between his toes
and other areas that are tight.
I got the hair fixed and should have him done this weekend.

Is there any way you can put a can or some for size reference? 4ft seam like you need a large work table and area for something that big.

Totally Awesome piece! The only thing is I thought Mbwun's head was bigger than that?

(Mbwun is the creature's real name. Kothoga is the name of the tribe that worshipped him.)

Still, nice to come back to the Lair and be greeted by that kickass brute.
