32" Millenium Falcon V.2

Great build!
Would you mind telling me how you make the surface panels with the notches. Is each notch cut out with a blade or do you have a 'notcher' that cranks those out.

Each notch is handcut with a blade, I dont think they used a nibbler on the 32", the notches are too much uneven, the smallest I measured are about 2.5 mm, the bigger are between 5 and 6 mm. I could be wrong though and maybe they had several nibblers with some of them being extra small ! :)

May I ask,which kit donates the M1A3/M16 chassis?
