Congress Subpoena from 24 Redemption:
Here's a pic of the badge and plastic (real "smart card") sets I sell. I don't recall what season the card was from. The back was conjecture, but it is a working smart card and programmable so the gold chip is real. Graphics much sharper and colors more vibrant in real life, will try to get a better pic but this is the only one handy. The badge colors are blue and gold but the photo makes the blue look black.
Here's the correct ID photo for Chloe O'Brian. Maybe some of the RPF photoshop whizzes could try fixing it up.
I have the same photo taken from the actual Chloe card sold on eBay it's too lo res to make a decent printable version from. Quite pixelated, especially when enlarged. Only thing you can do to a pixelated image is to add a blur in area's where it's very bad but then your losing definition on the photo. It looks ok when printed, just not good enough for me.

24 CTU Jack Bauers ID
Hey,
I'm working with Jacks ID from 24. This is where im now with badge. Still trying to figure out the proper font for CTU and other letters. Can someone recognize the font? I have access to the PVC card printer and i could make run for these if someone is intrested? I would like to do whole set of CTU cards.

"S 03 9" and "Jack Bauer" are all the same font as the credits before/after the show, which is Bank Gothic
