Was wondering, did you just go to a normal tailor to get your jacket shortened? Or did you have to go to some specialty place? I just got mine today and it's a bit too big.

I will finish my jacket is a couple weeks when I go home. I regret not finishing it last time I was on leave. This is mine currently. I got the upper arms and bottom of the jacket shortened, and I also separated the top straps to be separate from the neck piece. Both sides are done, but I only have one picture of one finished. And I don't have any pictures of this, but I cut the belt in half with a table saw and made it the same height as the buttons. All of the straps and control boxes are also glued on, but I forgot to take pictures.

I just went to the closest tailoring place. It took a little longer than expected, but that was only because she never did something like my jacket before. But she did a great job. Matched the thread almost perfectly too.
