Wow, awesome work all. This is a really tough one and i'm kinda glad i was too busy to enter. I love the cogs on 31 and 10's pretty cool too. Kudos to 17 for all the bits and overall presentation but my vote has to go to...

There's actually a drink called the "Sonic Screwdriver" it's blue (For Tennant's Sonic).

It's made up of Vanilla Vodka, Blue Curacao, and Sprite. Very tasty.

There are some great designs here. Congrats to everyone for their creativity and skill! But, as there can be only one, *ignores the groans at his Highlander reference* I choose #31. I do so because to me it has the best mix of practical and artistic. I mean, yeah, there may be some prettier designs out there, but I can actually believe that this one is a usable tool that won't have stuff falling off or snagging every time the Doctor pulls it from his coat.

I love how solid and heavy it looks! And the little connecting piece from the light to the body is appealing to me.
I'm also looking forward to seeing how some of these were made. It was hard to decide, and I also loved #17 and a couple others. #16 was particularly fetching.

My vote goes to number 4, as it just feels the most like a sonic to me.

I have to say, though. #29 was probably the most intriguing of all of them, as it screams that it's a Time Lord device, related to the screwdriver.... but not a sonic screwdriver.
