1992 Batman Returns Penguin Umbrella?

I've been looking for a while to get a hold of a spiral umbrella like the one used by the Penguin in Tim Burton's Batman Returns. Anyone know where I can purchase one? This site is sold out;

I would also be willing to make it, but not sure where to start. I was thinking water resistant paints on the inside of a white umbrella but they would most likely crack when folded. Any help would be appreciated

When the movie came out I did this costume and used white screen printing ink and pained the spiral on a black umbrella. I put a magician's hand flash pot in the tip and wired it back to the handle so I could shoot a fireball out of the end of it (flash paper) when I wanted.
