Kids are home from college this weekend, so we decided to see player One tonight.
So, we are at the Franklin Park Mall movie theater tonight to see player one. 15 minutes left in the movie, They just make it over the bridge, then WHAM, light pop on theater screen goes blank and alarms are blaring and you hear EVACUATE THE THEATER over the speakers. Felt like the VR just died and we were under attack... Fire apparently in the food court in the bottom floor of the mall. Home right now at midnight typing this post now thinking just how darn close we were to seeing the ending at the most critical time and .......nothing.
I hope to make it back in the morning to get a credit for the movie and just maybe try to see it again this weekend.

I'm sorry you didn't get to finish the movie but what a story! If the alarm went off 3 minutes later you would get to where the extra life is needed, that will be absolutely crazy like you were actually in the oasis when it happened.

This is a major spoiler in my opinion having seen the movie and not read the book. Can you update the title the following way for a while please, at least until eanough people have seen the movie, it just came out yesterday:
