I got this bust a while back but only just got it moved further up the line on the workbench and finished him off. I believe this one was originally sculpted by Howard for another company.
The skintone was kinda awkward - kept going back and forth between it being too healthy-flesh-like, too stark-white, then too zombie-bluish, but I finally got it to a level that I'm happy with it. It doesn't help that his skintone DOES change a lot from film to film, so most of my good reference pics show different things. As always, no airbrush, all done with paintbrushes and enamels or acrylics.
I painted the eyes on this one myself - 28mm spheres. They're OK, but at some point I'll most likely upgrade them by getting Tech Optics to do some customs when I have the spare funds.
Could NOT find any nails or pins with the right thickness, length, head shape AND colour, so in the end I found nails that looked right and then had to paint each one by hand before inserting it.
