Lol, I know it's pretty creepy! Next step with be getting his body so I can give the seamstress the measurements for the robes

Ok it's been a while since updated but this thing is still slowly progressing. I have the body now and just ordered the soft parts from Enchanted Ensembles. From what I've seen of her work it's very nice quality! A couple shots from her FB page of what I'll be getting

Haven't seen any real good images for his boots but I've read they were just some brown leather boots so I looked for something that looked pretty "middle earthly". Purchased these for him

I realize I'm basically talking to myself here, but here's a little update. Still waiting on the robes so I figured I'd knock out the base. Some nice green grass from the shire

Thanks fellas. Just ordered some resin so I can cast up my own set of hands for the exact grips I want

Until I can get some better pics with my wife's camera this will do for now. 90% done. Those aren't the hands I'll be using and I'm waiting for his staff to arrive. I stupidly bought the Hobbit version first and this is LOTR Gandalf (hense why he is much whiter in the hair)

Thanks Taz! I'm glad you're enjoying them, I have a few lined up after I'm done with Gandalf. Indy, Maz Kanata, and Blade with Nomak to name a few. As for weathering the robes, I'm pretty sure I will. It always adds to the realism

As to the picture, I used Photoshop to add space to the sides of the photo. If the photo is basically square, theRPF won't auto-rotate sideways.
