thought you guys might like to see how the toykyo mauri can look when all done up
A place i go to called North American Blade
Where is that? I don't suppose you could pick me up one... :love
Sure. Plus, it'll be a few dollars cheaper if I buy it for you
nice hopefully they offer 2tone so us unlucky UK'ers can purchaseI got this ppk/s
www.rsov.com
US$80.99 before shipping and import tax
It's a full metal full trademarked Chinese copy of the Marushin licenced ppk/s
It's greengas operated and fires the little 6mm plastic BB's.
It's blowback so the slide recoils and chambers a new bb each shot.
Safety works as per real gun.
Mag release works as per real gun.
Breaks down like the real gun.
Even stays with the slide back after you fire the last shot like the real gun
I like this gun.
I plan to remove the grips 3D scan it and reconstruct
the grips for printing in maya.
Damn, I know exactly where to find this pattern ! I wasn't sure before but with this close up I now am. The problem is to get it : it is what they use as background plate in small advertising frame inside the tramway I take to go to college every morning. When there is no ad in the frame, I can see it. I've considered taking one, but I'd need either a screw driver to take the frame off or a cutter to cut it off, I'm not particularly fond of any of these solutions. And it's highly improbable I'll obtain anything from the driver or the public transport service neither...Here's a closeup of the grip pattern for anyone who is interested:

If I can remember correctly, the airsoft ppk has 2 screws to hold the grips in place. The real PPK grrips have a single screw that goes through the frame. You might be able to fit it if you glue them on but I dont think you can screw on the grips the same way
