First, and again,...wow!!!!

I just love this collection. It's one of the best here and having all the OT helmets is my goal so this collection is one of my favorites.

I have one critique. Your EFX ANH Vader seems to get lost. It's a huge helmet but it seems to get dwarfed where it is. Not sure why.

Awesome though, pure awesomeness.

Every time I see your stuff it makes me want Dan Laws to get his backside in gear and get me my Tie, ATAT, Snowtrooper, and ATST.

Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe put a nice black box under it to make it level with the Emperor???? Better yet a bit higher than him.

Thanks! The thing is I wanted to make a custom black stand for it, or to move the Sideshow Vader bust next to the Emperor. For now it will stay as it is because the company who made the cabinets for me are very busy, and I intend to raise some more money and get something else made in the near future. Maybe then I'll consider this too... :)

You may be aware of the cool Yoda lamp prop made of aluminum - now I got the Imperial version of that lamp. :) It is the lamp of the dark side, or the dark side of the lamp. A superb little prop, displayed next to my eFX TIE Fighter and Attakus TIE Pilot - thanks again my friend:

RS Prop Masters 1:3 Stormtrooper helmet. It has been painted by a very good friend of mine, comes with real green acetate lenses and a cool neck trim, and the black stand is made by me:

Upgraded Laws AT-AT Driver with more accurate hoses from Moncal:

Very nice. His current versions certainly seem to be the best looking stuff out there.
I'm hoping I may be getting a 'big brown box day' from DL quite soon (full TIE and AT-AT sets). Can't wait, it certainly should be worth the wait.

I've been waiting for a year and a half for D.L. Little to no communication except the once every four months claim it's about ready. He has over 2k of my money.

Wish I had gone with Moncal.

Thrilled to know the hoses are not accurate. :thumbsdown :thumbsdown :( :angry :thumbsdown :thumbsdown

Thanks! The new hoses are excellent. They can be modded to look like the screen used ones. In fact if looking closely at the screen used suit in the pic above, you can see they tied the hoses with a string to the armor, the other one is untied so it is more loose. Also if you compare my armor with Gentle Giant AT-AT Driver bust, you'll see they are very close in appearance.

I had a lot of luck with Dan, and his stuff is great! I also had a lot of luck with Cal, I got 2 superb helmets from him which I love. So no complaining here. :)

The replacement hoses from Moncal are not expensive, but worth getting as an upgrade.

I mean this in the nicest way but...SHOW OFF! I am only saying this with envy. It is a fantastic collection and you display it brilliantly!
I would never leave this room!!

Autograph from visual effects artist and modeler Lorne Peterson. Long story with this one, I sent the plaque to a company where I later found out they don't accept send-ins. But they still were very kind to forward my envelope to Mr. Peterson who signed it for me. He worked on many Star Wars models including TIE Fighter, X-Wing, Y-Wing, Star Destroyers, Millennium Falcon, Slave 1 etc., and he is the author of the 2006 book, "Sculpting a Galaxy: Inside the Star Wars Model Shop".
