Well...uhmm...nice question :cool
I am not interested in MR version because the prices are crazy at these days...my target will be the SDS...

And your Sterling is a jewel!

The SDS is not a bad E11 as most of it was cast from my parts but if you make your own it could be better and way more fun.

As I wrote via Rebelscum: superb!
And...btw the stand looks amazing, impressive!
I know the maker;)....he's an artist!

Awesome collection !! with some many accurate helmets and blasters. I like a lot your AT AT bust and most of your helmets.

You have some rare props and I also really like the custom display case for the blasters with plaques, everything is really fine.

Good job for everything :thumbsup

Thanks Enrico. The Merr Sonn stand if full metal, and heavy as hell, I could beat someone with it and the stand will still stand after that :D Rob is a fantastic artist and great friend indeed. He helped with with my Sterling too. without his talent my display wouldn't be anything like this.

I'm considering purchasing the SDS....if I went the route of making my own where would I source the parts and base Sterling? I'm looking for a build that would be suitable for trooping...

And my thanks to JKNO for continuing to share his exceptional collection with us!

Thanks. I wouldn't recommend a real Sterling for trooping: too heavy, possible problems with law enforcements etc.. That being said, it all depends on where you are located. If in EU/UK or US - for getting a demilled Sterling - deactivating is different from country to country. In US there are a few shops like IMA or Unique Canes where you can get Sterlings from time to time. In EU/UK you can also find them.

The M38/M40 or M19 scopes and Hengstler counters (Eagle versions) you need to look on ebay, or on various collector forums, like here on RPF, or FISD (whitearmor.net) etc. Cylinders you can find on FISD, the PWC versions are the most accurate out there (there are uber accurate metal versions and budget resin versions). T-Tracks you can get from Gino or Marv. :)

eFX Darth Vader Legend #130 joined my collection. A very cool rough helmet, and even better was the fact that I was able to compare both the Legend and the Limited Edition closely.

Wish I could take detailed comparison photos of the two, but the weather is rainy and I also decided to put the LE in its original box. This is because I don't have a place to display it, and there is a pending local buyer for it, which makes me very happy that it most likely won't leave my country.

Not too impressed about the Tsuneo Sanda print the helmet came with. But really impressed by the price I was able to get the helmet with. In the end I simply couldn't pass on such a great deal, which would have been perfect even for an US customer, not to mention an international buyer where shipping, taxes, VAT etc. would make so hard to get it.

Congratulations on being featured. Your collection is incredible and when I first saw it early this year it inspired me to kick start my helmet collection again.

Thanks for the kind words. :) Glad to inspire you or other collectors to (re)start collecting
