Do I have to sand the surface before applying the primer? What do I put in the holes to avoid painting the padding underneath? Wadded up toilet paper? I cannot remove the padding because it's riveted to the plastic. And what's sealer?

Ah, but that's not what I meant. I meant that the word "Air" does not appear anywhere on the shoe, nor on the box, nor in any other promotional material.

This is just a pet peeve, but why do so many people call them Air Mags? It's just Mags, there's no "Air" anywhere on the shoes, box or instructions leaflet! Are people just mixing them up with the Nike Air Max shoes?
