My favorite movie knife is the one that the Predator used in AVP. My personal favorite knife is the one I had Randal Knife Company build for me in 1971. It is the Randal Combat dagger, which I used in Rhodesia from 1975-77.

I love swicthblades, and my favorite of all time, and the one that hooked me after seeing in the movies as a kid, is the switchblade carried by Ralph Macchio's character, Johnny Cade, in The Outsiders. It's a classic, lever activated, side-opening springer with shot shell puller bolsters, natural stag handle. Just a great knife. I was lucky enought to score a vintage knife just like it about five years ago. Sits proudly on my desk, now.

The knife picture below is a much more beaten up version of the knife I have. Mine is in fine shape. I just don't have a pic.
