if I had a £ for everyone who wants to see this at Mem lol then I'd be able to buy a second suit :) It's not at Mem sadly, I need to make some adjustments and also I need to have a break.. Ironman will be back out soon though.

I'll post up pics as soon as I have the updates done. Promise..

Hey Steve, how's the vision in the helmet?
Do your eyes fog up?
Did you cut out the black cheek area of the helmet for more ventalation?

Hi mate,
the helmet was fogging up until I used anti fog spray and also I have a small PC fan in there to help keep it clear so no real fogging issue, i dont really want to cut into it as it would be a huge shame. it does get very hot in there though..

Anti fog, really helps. Its fantastic. Several hours without any problems.
An area to consider dremmeling carefully out is the top ventilation shaft.
But i also belive Steve got the neckseal without the chin lip. If you got the chin lip on your you can also considering removing that. This way it will bring more airflot in the helmet. but also more visibility up under the mask.

Note this photo. Look at the top ventilation shaft on the helmet.

thats outside the shop I used to work in, cant believe I was off that day, I heard there was an Iron Man in the store and it did go through my mind "I wonder if that was a member of the RPF?" lol

UPDATE ON B.A.S.E (Body Armor Suit Equipment)

Well the first prototype was made. But we decided to do some changes to it.
The black lines on top of the first prototype are the changes i we plan to do because i want alter it a bit.
So right now we are developing a totaly new prototype.
