Scratchbuilt Millennium Falcon 1/72nd

Outstanding work. Whenever I do "greeblying" on my own models, I still see the coloured pieces even after I give them a coat of primer. I wonder if that is true for anyone else. It take a while for that memory to go away.

I spent this evening working on the portside hull panelling and fitting the radar mount.
I want the Falcon to be modifiable into different iterations, so I went with the TFA grill styling with a neodymium magnet embedded in both the mount and the base- means it turns nicely as well as allowing the potential for swapping it out.
