As Shatner said, GET A LIFE!
I get you are rather fragile and uptight but I suggest that you don't judge others who are not
If you think what Avery said was, Gasp, tasteless, God forbid you ever heard what came out of Marinas mouth as I have, your little mind would have been blown out of your head! :lol
I have a life... and I have kissed a girl. I have a wife and children, and two dogs and a career. And thank you very much for your personal insults. You know, it's rather sad that you make the attempt, inadequate as it is, to compare a privileged, aging Hollywood actor, who should know better than boasting about playing with himself in public, to those young men and women who according to the law are barely old enough to drink but not old enough to lay down their lives for their country. These real heroes--not a phony one from a poorly rated TV show--these young people have every right to cope in the way they sometimes do. What's Avery's excuse, a frustrated TV career? You can get all defensive and personally insult me over what worthy cause? Would you want your young son or daughter hearing that kind of garbage from one of their TV heroes at a live event? No matter how crude or un-prudish you think you are, the answer is no, of course not! So, you can continue to make excuses for bad behavior, with a wave of your hand and an insult on your lips, but ultimately that does reflect on you. Yes, my friend, use your brain. Is that comment from Avery worthy of defending? Really? It was tasteless and unnecessary, and that's not what fans go the convention to hear. It was a moment of mindlessness at best. Probably Avery did not want to be there, and he shouldn't have been.
