Here are some photos of the helmet.

The standard helmet will be one solid piece without removalbe faceplate.
The Exclusive will be with a removable face. This is more time / labour consuming work.

The removable face will also cause problems to have the eyes light up with wires and bateries atachment. So for the costume the faceplate will not be albe to be removed.

If people REALLY wanted to have a removable faceplate with lightup eyes, it could probably done with contacts in the helmet that mesh in with the faceplate when its attached. So a person could have the batteries in the helmet itself, but the lights in the faceplate would only work when it was attached. Probably hard swork, but I bet people would happily pay for that.

I am trying to find a hinge with a 3x joint conector with some resitance.
This way the faceplate can be like an visor. but it is not simple.

But we got to keep it somewhat simple to a cost effient level.
if people want to add the electronics or do mods to the helmet they can do so, but not something we will do.

It took a major film production to entice someone to finally make a decent looking Iron man... However this is farrr more than decent. It's superb!!

Yes.. And no.. You get that ilution because the upper body tilts the chest forward in a unatural possition. It should be tilted so the was leaning from top front to lower backwards.

I also noticed this for the photo of the helmet. It needs to tilt more forward and rise on the back.

But once that is done i think it will look better on photo.
