Prop Gun Show off

I've seen a similar thead for real guns and thought it might be nice to have a one for all the propguns that must be on the forum, I'd love to see the finished guns with links attached to a how you made it link if posible, but realy anything goes, bought, built, replica, modified, just not "real", as in firing weapons.

I'll kick it off with mine, cast alloy, Terminator plasma rifle

My plan for the future: 45 longslide this laser sight and either a regular minigun or the future version, have'nt quite desided yet

This my replica 1873 Colt, with gunbelt and replica .45 LC bullets. I like that Denix has started making these with the correct cylinder indexing notches intsead of those ugly slots. I only wish that it was full size enough to load the .45 shells, it had three screws, and that the hammer had four clicks when you pull it back instead of just two.

wow some great stuff here I love the hand carved guns. We started using bb guns to replace real fire arms in most shots years ago which has made it so much easier to replicate props.
I've been lucky enough to be involved in a few gun design's mainly for the bat man trilogy .the bat gun, sticky gun ( got some good stories about shooting that :) the tazer gun which I still have the prototype for . the most fun was the gatling gun . the line Michael Cane said " you could have made it louder." was said for real because the ceiling was so low there was no where for the sound to go. good old day

I don't have too many photo's of the finish things but here's one of the sticky gun showing the CO2 solenoid and the board for the count down. I've still got the cad files so maybe I should make one one day. dark knight (2).JPG

That has some interesting touches. Unusual barrel, love the custom stand and the blueprints are superb. Do you still have the source for them? Love to read, hear or see how you built it all.

This is the first Replica Prop Firearm I've made. The Longshot Sniper Rifle from Gears of War 3. The stock is two 1"x6" pine boards that are laminated together, barrel is Schedule 80 PVC, the bolt is a wood dowel with sheet PVC handle, the barrel shroud is vacuformed, and the scope is made from PVC fittings and sheet PVC.

Here's the build album on Facebook Longshot Sniper Rifle

I'm seriously blown away by the workmanship on this fantastic prop. I can hardly believe it's made of the materials its actually made of - akes some real ability to create a piece like this. Amazing!
