Rogue One: Diego Luna/Captain Cassian Andor Costume Research

The cylinders (bullets) on the back of his pistol belt look similar to M-60 blank ammunition rounds (without the metal links.) Probably not what they used, but they might work with some modification if the original parts are not located.

I don't think I missed this, but did anyone identify the exact ski boot binding clamp that is used on both Cassian's and Jyn's boots?

That is correct
The one on display at the airport was missing the buckle cover plate and had the pin roll buckle like in the posted image.

If you are going to use lego pieces, may I suggest the new 1x1 round tile instead of the standard pip? http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=98138&colorID=19&in=A

As well, I was looking at grommet and dome tools the other day and as was mentioned earlier, that REALLY looks like what was used. I saw a small kit at Wallyworld that had the knurled handle and the round bit for doing the stamping. Like this: http://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/unique-creativ-11mm-grommet-tool/6000091714874

I'm going the 3D printed route, but the clean up is making me wish I'd done it kit bashed.

Yeah Actually I use that 1x1 flat pieces but use the standard one to give volume and elevate them, I thing they aren´t flat in the base. Also for the large piece I see other day one with an exacto knife handle

The kit pictured doesn't have a knurled handle. Is that just a bad photo they used?

Amazon has one with knurling for fairly cheap. Might have to grind down/shorten the handle but that's pretty simple.

Are y'all talking about the long horizontal part? I thought it was some sort of mesh screen. Is it a solid object??

Well you have to ask him if he made them for the movie or not but they look pretty close to me so I would have to say their screen accurate as far as I'm concerned.

I am by no stretch of the imagination considered a credible source of course so your mileage may vary...
