Wow Katsu-san.. Now thats is some progress...
Looks good as always..
I am curious what you will think of with the ladder on the roof..

And for the replica's .. WOW, didn't realise there where these type of airsoft weapons.
Those are some serious cannons... :) :) :)
Sadly to say they are restricted to clubs here in The Netherlands....

regards,
Jim

Hi! Thanks Jim-san.

The ladder on the roof is the stairway to observation tower.
I'm thinking to put the little bridge like submarine.
If it might not fit, I will fix there an hatch to just go out to the roof.

The best of my favorite rifle is the one in the first pics.
That's Cheytac M-200. They say it's the most powerful and accurate long range rifle system ever built.
.408 Cheytac bullet can penetrate a half inch thick steel plate at 2000 yards. and mine's 8mm BB can penetrate a cardboard at 20 yards.:facepalm:lol.

Jim-san, how about to build a big gun? I'm going to build the futuristic sniper rifle with some pipes and aluminum plates some day.
:)
All the best,

Hot busy days.
hardly get a day off but here is a little progress.

I had to think of this a long time but now I seems to have an answer.

This is a toy of fire engine I bought at a local one coin shop for several month ago.
I thought I could use this ladder some time later..

Brake down the

Made a sliding boarding ladder and its housing.

And this assembly goes into the bulge fairing.

And this assembly is going to fit in this place.

This fairing is pivoted at the outer bottom edge and flip 180 degree to open like this.

Pull out the boarding ladder.

Extend the ladders.

It may need a retractable handrails to climb up/down safely.

This is it this time. Sorry for the less progress but I had to squeeze my brain for this little gimmick.

Thank you very much for looking.

This last squeeze of your brain is fantastic Katsu-san.
Not a simple fix you made there.. The perforated aluminum plate you added makes it look so real..

Keep up the good work,
Jim

Edit> Building one of the Airsoft rifles will have to wait.
I got me a new project.
An 6x6 rc nitro car.. Made from 2 4x4's. :)

I should be used to seeing yet another brilliant bit of innovation in your builds, but I still end up staring, open-mouthed, at your updates.

Thank you very much my friends.
And sorry for getting back late.

Running out of adjectives! Very clever solution -the piece is really coming together.

I'm running out of the way I express my gratitude for your constant support.

Here's a few more updates.

A pair of gears (legs) for boarding bridge.

Inner wall of the gear housing.

The gears are contained here.

And the outer wall.

Put the doors for the gears.

it works like this

And extend the legs.

OK

Flip open

Gears down,

Ladders deploy

Let's get in

I may have to find the chance for the paint job.

Thank you very much for looking.

Another great design with great function. What I love about your builds is seeing your imagination, creativity and skill flow and become something real which can see and enjoy.

Total paint scheme is not fixed yet but I may have to start to paint some inner parts here and there.
It might gonna need a lot of masking tapes anyway. XD

Thanking you all the time, sean-san. Well, I may have to clean up my messed work space and wash the paint brush and airbrush. :(
