Petaluma, CA Model Convention

I remember attending a Model Convention at Petaluma, CA long time ago that was mainly focused on Plastic Models, but there were people in Costume and a few Reenactment Groups (Historical) were also present. Does anybody know what that Convention was called and is it still happening in Petaluma, has it moved or ...?
