Wondercon 2023

It's that time of year again! Last year we saw the return of Wondercon after it's 2 year Covid hiatus, and while it was a blast coming back, it felt like attendance was low last year. So, who's all attending this year and what are your costume/prop plans?

I'll be there all three days.

Not debuting any new cosplays, I'll go with three of these four probably.

What I generally do is wait until the panels are announced, then theme what I wear each day to correspond.

I learned that lesson at a Con one day when there were Stranger Things cosplayers all over the place! By pure coincidence I was cosplaying Hopper that day.

Unbeknownst to me one of the major Stranger Things actors was appearing at that Con that day.

Gonna be there. Mr Knight for sure. The rest is currently being decided

I'll be going as Indy and Nathan Drake for now! Really excited to go for this year.

So the panels have been announced and there's an Indiana Jones panel on Saturday.

I'll be Dr Jones Senior and some friends are doing Indy that day.

Both Friday and Sunday have Star Wars panels, one of those I'll do Old Ben Kenobi.

The Girlfriend and I trooped around in our Ghostbusters gear today. This was her first time in GB gear and we had an awesome time, we were stopped lots of times for pictures!

I did my Old Ben Kenobi thing. One of these days I'm going to have to get the floor-length robes.
