Help me price a torso life cast, clay positive, and silicone replica?

Hey Everyone,

I am trying to estimate the cost (in Canadian if possible) of life casting a torso (including upper arms / legs). I am attempting to create lifelike torso's for a paramedic / first responder course so they can practice dealing with injuries.

I've done these before, but I need a refresher on modern materials, costs, and amounts.

Basically what I would like to do is:

1. Make a life cast using Smooth-on silicone (plaster bandage shell)
2. Pour a monster makers clay positive with a rigid poly-foam core
3. Sculpting
4. Create a negative mold (using Ultracal, Resin, or Urethane)
5. Create a lifelike, but robust silicone positive with a semi-rigid poly-foam core.

If you could help remind me what materials I am missing, what modern materials I should be looking at, and if possible a rough estimate of how much material / cost would be involved I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!
