For some reason I cannot get subtitles on MAX with any ROKU tv. I'm not talking constant captioning, I just want captions when the characters speak another language. I watched Men In Black with my niece and when the aliens talk there wasn't any captioning. I don't get an option for captioning, though it's there when my nephew plays something in Max on his Xbox One. I tried turning on captions in the tv settings and it just said "Alien language speaking". Anyone know?
