Hasbro 2014 Millennium Falcon with light/soundboard

Hi,

has anyone ever did a conversion of the light and soundboard set of a Hasbro 2008 MF legacy on a Hasbro 2014 MF Hero edition?
I just picked up a nice working set from a legacy MF for a few bucks and want to try to place in my 2014 version so and tips or tricks are welcome ;-)
