Defiance Lawkeeper's Pistol - [Build] [Pic Heavy]

Spent some more time cleaning it all up.

Sanded down - After everything was glued together.
Used Bondo to fix imperfections.
Sanded again.
Sprayed Brown Primer on Only one side to test out and sanded it down to see what other imperfections show.

Still to do : Lines profile on the handle, Barrel and a few small layers.

Here are some HD photos:

A question for all you experts : Is it a bad idea to cast/mold the whole thing as one Piece? I just think it'd be so much easier but i am afraid some of the smaller detail might make it hard to cast/mold this piece. Any Tips/pointers you can give will be much much appreciated! So go ahead please spill it out for us less experienced ones.!

(ps I'm glad you mentioned Harrison Krix in your initial building stages, I'm a huge admirer of his work and technique as well.)

We basically machined two hollow shells out of aluminum that went over a Beretta 92. The rear top piece attached to the top slide of the Beretta so that it could be ******. The side plates housed a battery and switch for a laser, but I don't think they ever used it in the show. There was a small piece that screwed to the front of the gun to try and mask the fact that it was two halves. Then there is the bottom slide for the second barrel which is supposed to be for a larger caliber bullet, but once again I don't think that was ever used. Let me know if you want to know anything else.

Here's some other stuff I've done
