I have not seen any info on a pepakura file for the Hulkbuster. There have been a few people that have made it for cosplay.

Here is a model that was made, but I don't know if you can get it:

nah these are actually reg peps bud but i am sure you can make them into a foam build

My files are regular pepakura files but one of the guys here has converted some of them to foam templates.

It looks like the only person that uploaded one to share was Royal Dump:

He only did the forearm as far as I know. If anyone else wants to upload their foam conversions and post the links in this thread I will add them to the opening post.

Thanks. Although, keep in mind that I started with Zabana's boot file and made quite a few modifications. I just want to give credit for the original model.

When you upload and share your foam conversions I will add the link to the first post.

I am about 40% done with the thigh. It will be up some time this week.

I'd like to make this my next project - never done a foam costume before.
