1989 Batman Batsuit Vault

Im thinking that the vault could be made from the 2" thick 4x8 sheets of foam from hd or lowes. Its a dense foam, I have a couple sheets in my garage. I made a backstop for my archery range with it. Works great. Ive been wanting to build this for along time. Now is the time.
