Were the Wilhelm scream to die, it would make the Wilhelm scream as it died, thereby perpetuating the Wilhelm scream.

That scream doesn't bother me nearly as much as the Howie Long Scream:
"EEEUUUUURRRRRRRAAAAAAUUUUUGGGGGHHHH!!!!"

yeah that one is supper annoying. Every time you'd kill a certain character on a game called Crash Bandicoot they would do this scream.

anyone else heard of another stock scream (I think it's a scream?) and it kinda sounds like "fwep" or "fwip"? Used in some older action movies when someone is getting shot. It's also in an old Nintendo 64 game 007 Goldeneye. Same thing applies there, when you shoot the baddies some will make this sound.

As a car/truck nut I recognize old sound effects all the time. Basic stuff like engines revving, tires squealing, crashing noises, horns . . . . some of these noises are 50 years old and still showing up in brand new productions today.

Broken arrow is such a great film, there is virtually nothing that doesn't blow up eventually.
