Dexter costume

Looks great Pinder. The G-star pants are awesome but so hard to find.

Another reason I feel the boots were Mocha Bisques except for the Season 1 promo pics, seen here.


Although this pic leads me to believe the laces were borrowed from the Military Green Cassidys.

There are real pics of the now discontinued Seal Brown.

I have a couple of good studio shots that show Dexter's boots from season 1 and season 5 that I shrunk down and to be honest, neither look like seal brown to me.

Wow, those don't look seal brown at all. Well, maybe if I try hard enough the ugly yellow color can grow on me.

Super agreed! At least the Mocha Bisque color isn't discontinued yet.

I normally wear a size 10 in shoes, I'm almost afraid to order a pair of boots because i'm not sure which size to order.

Go 9.5. I wear an 11.5 and fit into a 12 without discomfort and sliding around and the Diesel 11 fit me perfectly. I've owned a LOT of shoes (probably more than a guy should, haha) and I can say these fit a half size small compared to the average shoe. (Aldens, Adidas, and lots of different boot makers)

Not sure if anyone is interested in a pair of sunglasses Dexter wears in season 3 but I accidentally came across a site that ID'd them as Ferragamo 1098 Sunglasses.

I think he wears those in Season 1 as well... unless I'm going crazy. LOL

I like them, but I like my Burn Notice Oliver Peoples better. Can't justify spending so much on sunglasses only to buy another pair that will cut into the first pair's "wear time".

Decided to color my boot while distressing customer jackets needing similar colors this weekend...

A member on Sideshow Freaks found the perfect reproduction of the 511 pants for a 1/6 scale Dexter figure. I picked up a pair for my second 1/6 Dexter.

Those are sweet! Trying to resist the urge to get a 1/6 Dex is getting harder...

That's 1/6th scale, isn't it? Because if it was full sized, it would be the second scariest/most affordable head for my duct tape mannequin I've seen.

Yessir, it's 1/6 scale. I'm getting another head and figure to go with my other one. Not sure what type of display yet.
