Judge Dredd costume

Hey guys,

Halloween is coming up soon so I was starting to think about what I wanted to do this year.

Last year I had some reasonable success making a Ghost Buster Costume with trap and scanner.

This year I want to make a Judge costume from the Comic.
Any idea where to start?

So is there anyone out there that can at least point me in a direction to some guides or sketches.. I might try and wing it if I can't find any help.

1. try the specific Dredd costuming site - MegaCity Justice - Message Board
2. try the search button - a member here has recently updated WIPs on a brilliant Fan Made costume and Fan Film - guys name is Judge Minty
3. search a guy called Wake, he has got the official licence in UK -http://www.termight.co.uk/
4. look up judge palmer as well - he has done a nice fan made suit

the easiest way to get ref pics, esply for the comic dredd is the net I would say. Lots of piccies there. the trouble will be picking a version to do.
