Hey guys,
Longtime cosplayer but first time cowl wearer. I'm doing Iron Fist and had a beautiful latex cowl made. It was from an existing mold, not custom made to fit my exact head, but it is stretchy and fits perfectly except for one little thing. I feel that it's a little to tight around the eye socket area, so when I blink, my eyelids get a little stuck and droop. If I stick my fingers inside the cowl a little right where the upper cheekbones are, it relieves the pressure and I can blink normally. So my first instinct is to put some foam rubber padding inside, maybe along the cheekbone area and above the brow, that way it lifts the cowl away from my eyes a tad. I'm sure this is a common problem with cowls, so I was hoping to get some advice from the folks here who wear cowls on a regular basis.
Thanks in advance!
