The way I'd do it is sculpt in clay using Google images as a guide. Mold in plaster of Paris and cast in slip latex. Apply with prosaide and be sure to use rubber mask grease paint. Or mix castor oil in to ordinary theatre make up. You could use gelatin from a make up suppliers also.

I´ve allways wanted to try this product (Watermelon). The edges are easily blended with IPA for what it says, and works with plaster molds.More expensive than latex though.
