1630 is not recommended for silicones with a longer cure time. The longer the cure, the more chance the 1630 has to inhibit the silicone. That being said, I have personally run quite a bit of silicone pieces, encapsulated and not, in 1630 molds with no issue. Running 1630 in Platsil is perfectly fine as well.
To answer your question though, yes, 1630 is compatible with Platsil Gel-10. If you are doing an appliance with a vinyl layer and releases? Even better.
