This was a fun build and I am really happy with how mine turned out. It is super heavy and feels nice and solid when you pick it up. Thanks to Boba Debt for the inspiration and parts to make this happen.
I made the scope, Thorsen disc, and scope mount spacers from aluminum stock on my mini lathe and bought various screws, bolts, thumb nuts, resin greeblies and 3D printed parts to add just enough detail, but not too much to be too over the top. An old Picatinny rail I had fit perfectly and seemed to be made for the Denix Mauser.
I accurized it as much as possible, fixing most of the Denix details that were sloppy or inacurate.
I am calling my blaster "456" because it has all the details I like from all three original Trilogy DL-44 blasters.
