sorry guys it's been a while, I finished up chewy last September, he's been a big hit every where I've worn him. In fact last Halloween (2019) i wore him to work for our company costume contest and by lunch time we had offices from both New York and LA calling the Houston office on video to see me as the news spread from coast to coast...
Punching the hair on the face was the most daunting and i know i when a little heavy, and have already thinned it out a couple of times. my advice would be punch around the eyes and nose before adding the mask to the skull, as those were the most difficult areas to punch.
I'll add just a few more photos of the face in progress below and then some of the shots from the salon where my wife and mother in law spent almost an entire day trimming and styling chewy.
I called my wife with the below picture and said look Chewy has Tina Turner Hair
obligatory Beauty and the beast shot
Still Waiting on Paul Mitchell to call me about being in a promotional ad
my arms and shoulders still hurt just looking at these photos, that's a lot of weight to hold up while they snipped and trimmed
first suit up (minus the feet)
