Any help appreciated. I'm an electrical know-next-to-nothing and I have a problem.

I have a Nixie clock kit and I am having problems with the areas highlighted in red.

No call outs for resistors or anything, so I am assuming I should bridge with a wire? The kit is from Poland and communication is limited at best.
Oh... and don't worry, I'm dumb but I do know enough not to fry myself.

Thanks in advance.

They are just jumper wires, you can see one in this photo of what I believe is your kit.

I also built Nixie Tube Clocks, I love the way they look.

I'm also a proud owner of two very rare Nixie Tube Wristwatches by Jeff Thomas

Thanks fellas! I suspected they were jumpers but I wanted to make sure before sticking them on there. Sometimes I know just enough to be dangerous.
