Hi,
Here is my start on the Cyclops visor, based on the Phoenix 5 story arc.

Some reference pics.

My cad work.
I used a head model for scaling and ergonomics purposes. The head size is about 23".
I also referenced the game model from Marvel : Avengers Alliance

The visor and parts

I prep and sent the files off to Shapeways and just received the printed parts.

Now, its just sanding and prepping the parts for molding.

The grand plan is to cast the lens in transparent red resin
and cold cast the rest of the visor part.
I'm thinking aluminum powder and yellow dye to get a brush metal look.
I have not tried cold casting before , so i thought this might be a fun project to try.

Thanks

epic! I would love to see what you could do with a 90's x-men cyclops visor. I tried the pep version but it wasn't forming around the face!
