RANCOR Sculpt FINISHED PAGE 7!

Hi folks. Been busy sorting out the molds for this build and I'm at the stage where I'm going to produce an initial run of 10. The reason I'm starting at 10 is that taking the body cast out of the mold is difficult as it gets locked in quite tight. After I've done 10 I'll look over the molds and if they are fine I'll offer another 10.

If you are wanting a cast, please look at this thread first, as it shows how good/bad (!) the casts are coming out:

As soon as the run thread is created, I'll put up a link here. I expect it will be a week to two weeks before I can ship, so please bear that in mind!

That is truly incredible and the paint apps are so good it really brings it alive. It is just as i remember seeing it as a kid all when the film came out especially in the tenth pic down. Well done mate.
 
Thought I'd share this with you - last week I met up with Cut Thumb and got the chance to see his simply unbelievable Star Wars model collection. He bought one of the Rancor kits off me after seeing one I was exhibiting at the Star Wars Fan Fun Day. As you can see in the picture he has added further detailing to the body, making it look more spiky and he has changed the arm positioning. IIRC he will be making a cave background for it to come lumbering out of. Nice work eh?

I remember when I was a child I really wanted to buy the toy Rancor but my mum (IIRC) discouraged me... I dare say your sculpt is Parsec's beyond the quality of that toy... it is a pleasure just to behold your work!. Excellent work sir... simply excellent!
