Coa's eh they are nice but not the end all or be all.

Some of my best Screen-used pieces have none but they can be screen matched.

Just depends on who you deal with
 
Usually by the time you get the prop from someone years later, the COA will not have contact information for who created it or it won't be valid any more. Its really little more valid in many instances than an address or phone number saying ask someone and deduce for yourself if they even know enough to know what this is.
