Beginner questions for TDK foam armor

Hey guys and gals,

The title says beginner but but I've been prop making for 8 years. Not new to prop making or cosplay (mostly in the starwars area) but I have never done a batman suit before.

I wish to work with Eva foam to create the armor and was wondering if there were any ready templates for the body armor. Also any tips for working on this suit would be quite helpful and very appreciated.

There are some floating around here. I just built one for Halloween. My leg armor was freehand.

The gauntlets and belt templates came from the foam cave.
The cowl is JFcustoms file.

I've seen this build as well and it was very nice. You said you covered it with 2mm foam? How did that make it so you don't have to plasti-dip the armor?

Hi, yes every 3d parts are covert with 2mm black foam, The leg parts are not covert, there it is just 2 peaces foaqm toghter.
So there is no plasti dip needed. So there ist no paint that can crack or get of the suite. And it is realy dark black.
