Need help getting Jan into a Pan

I just acquired an excellent Carol Hicks sculpted, and Dr. Lady painted, Jan bust from the film The Brain that wouldn't Die. Now I need to assemble the pan (dissecting tray) that's shes in and want to see if anyone has ideas of where to hunt some of the components.

I'll probably build the supports from PVC tubes, but need help sourcing the pan and ear pads, and other similar components. Thoughts?

I ordered this from a guy on ebay. The pan in the film looks to be a white enamel casserole dish. This was pretty cheap so I took a chance to see if it is correct.
