Zabrak Head & Horns

So I've been planning on doing a SWTOR style Jedi Knight cosplay, similar to Kao Cen Darach from the SWTOR Cinematic. The problem I'm running into is the head. For one, I'm not bald, for two, most bald caps(if not all) are meant for 1-2 time usage, and three what to do about horns at that end? I have a few reference pictures, which don't necessarily have to be exact, I just want to cosplay a Zabrak Jedi, not necessarily him.

So I came here in hopes that someone out there might have other ideas or suggestions apart from bald caps, which seem to be more trouble than they're worth, or shaving my head, which doesn't sound too fun either. I thought about taking an old Darth Maul Vinyl or Latex mask and cutting off just the top and using that as more of a bald cap, but a friend who works in FX told me that would be difficult too, specifically in getting it to mold to the shape of my head and blend seamlessly. I'm really grasping at straws here and a search of google didn't do me any good, I'm hoping someone here might have some answers or suggestions. Thanks for reading!

Edit: Found this headcap which I could try and repaint to look more how I'm looking for, any thoughts? http://www.amazon.com/Star-Wars-Deluxe-Darth-Costume/dp/B008HA8I2M/ref=pd_sbs_a_8?ie=UTF8&refRID=1TFHE76SMGM8VJ5YKDHJ

All Zabrak are not completely bald. Jedi Master Eeth Koth has long black hair, but a very high forehead though. I have costumed with a wig and with the horns only on my forehead.

That is always an option, I just find myself much more partial to the bald version.
