Creepy and if you have ever watched the documentary on this film, quite a bit of work went into making these props that only had a small appearance but memorable one in the film.

Not sure. It looks pretty legitimate, but I just grabbed the image without reading of it's origins.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Daniel Reeve, the calligrapher/cartographer for Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. I've tried to to copy some of his work but it's so good, it proves very difficult.
But as for book replicas
Many of my favourites are listed here - all the books/scrolls from LotR/The Hobbit, Harry Potter, National Treasure etc
I'd like to throw in the Incantus from The Sorcerer's Apprentice which is a magnificent piece of work.

I'm currently working on making a collection of the books in Skyrim for a friend of mine, so right now its probably my favorite (tho it can be incredibly frustrating trying to bring the book to life).
Other then that though, i'd really love Melody Malone's book from Doctor Who, even if it was just a stylized telling of the episode, it'd be amazing. I know BBC produced a prequel novel, but its nowhere near what I was hoping for.

That said, an unexpected pleasure arrived recently in the form of Sarednab's Indiana Jones, Last Crusade Manuscript - which is magnificent

I just got a simple prop book, a copy of Steam Plant Operation Fifth Edn from Army of Darkess. Ash has it in the trunk of his Oldsmobile.

I've always loved the Red Book from Lord of the Rings, Bilbo's book. All the illustrations and the hand writing, the leather etc. It's all gorgeously done.
