Your favorite Book Prop

Covenant of Primus... From Transformers. Though It has never really had an appearance in the shows/comics, so I have no idea what it looks like. The only time where it appeared was in Beast Wars, and it really looked like a regular book with a tape recorder stuck inside.

Anyone here read Mortal Engines? Would like to make the tin book of Anchorage too... Though from descriptions, it's just a book made from tin sheets, with folded edges and bounded with a metal wire.

Reading back, I noticed posts about the book of Kells. High res pages are available online as well, I do Kells style art for SCA awards.

I can't, even with modern tools, figure out how on earth they managed some of the details. Some details are so fine that they require magnification to see, and yet it is believed that magnifying lenses hadn't been available in Europe at that time.

I have seen a very interesting interpretation where someone made a book of Proverbs (the Bible book) in the Kells style.

I'd be thrilled to have a Kells reproduction, but my second choice would be the Red Book.

The monster book from "Grimm" and John Winchester's journal from "Supernatural". Any book that looks ancient.

Has to be either The Moster Book of Monsters from Harry Potter or The Book of the Dead/The book of Amun Ra combo, from The Mummy.

The sorcerer's spell book on the Island of Voices in "Voyage of the Dawn Treader." Or possibly the diary of Tom Riddle. It's a toss-up.

My recent acquisition is my favorite. Sarednab/Tazvader National Treasure 2 Book Of Secrets. This book is incredible in it's detailing and the beauty of its creation. I get mesmerized just reading the different inserts from the various presidents. This one was hard to find but work the trouble. So far the highlight of my National Treasure collection.
