A year ago we decided to make a creature of our own design. We wanted something that wasn't Star Wars to show some of our abilities and voila ... this little guy was born:
He isn't quite finished. He needs a beetle counterpart to sit on the backpack that will have some minor animatronics and we still want to make his left hand in latex.
I know he's not exactly a prop replica but hopefully that's o.k He is basically a product of the Star Wars addiction.

We did a rough life cast part way through the sculpt in order to start sculpting the helmet:
