I had to order more plastic, go figure right, it will be arriving middle of the week so hopefully I will have started by the weekend, look forward to a real update soon!

Plastic arrived yesterday, got the sides traced out and ruff cut, will get them cut out tonight and start on some details!

Go the sides cut out, and started figuring out where the vent thingies would go.

Ok got the "vents" cut out, I like it so far, hopefully next I will start connecting the 2 sides.

Let night I had some time to start working on the tower vents.
first I drew everything out to fit in the opening.

Then I tried to start by punching out the radius ends with a punch tool but as you can see that didn't work out, my blan B will be to file the radius in. Fingers crossed that works.

I don't suppose you have access to a laser cutter? Cutting those pill shaped openings would be a snap. I know they are a pain to do by hand.

Good idea, I may have a connection or 2 with access to a laser cutter, I will have to see if they can help.
